Delivery Guarantee

Delivery Policy： Same day delivery by our florists is available in most areas of China on orders placed as late as 2PM in the recipient's time zone Monday through Sunday (earlier times may apply to some areas). In special holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Spring Festival and other important holidays, our florists can not deliver the cake or gifts alone, must be ordered to arrange for delivery with fresh flowers.  In non-holiday you can order the delivery time. We can deliver to the recipient as quickly as in three hours. In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
Product Guarantee： We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price, view substitution policy.
Delivery Fee： It's free delivery fee for the city urban. If the recipient isn't in city urban, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
